RENTAL RATES:

Month: $2,500 Utilities Included $800 Deposit

Utilities included are water, satellite, waste and electric.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation: Once the date requested is confirmed available you would be required to place a deposit to reserve the requested dates. The deposit amount for reservation is $200 for short term rentals & $800 for 6 months rentals. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds are available for notices given in less than 30 days. However, each case will be handled on a case by case basis and we will accomdate as much possible as well as could be transfered for future dates. Note that this deposit would be used for incidentals and will be returned the same day of departure.

Prior to arrival: The rental rate shal be due prior to arrival. It is recommended that it be mailed at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid mail interuption issues. Upon payment receipt you will receive via e-mail, phone or fax your personal code for access to the property. This property has been equiped with complete keyless access which changes for each rental (main entry date and home main door). This way we do not have to worrie about stray visitors having access to the property. Meaning that when you rent you will be the only person who has the code other than management.

Requirements: All rental agreements are made with adults over the age of 21. Obviously guests and children are permitted. However, the head of the group or house hold must be over 21 of age to make the reservation. A copy of a valid ID is required prior to arrival of the adults that would be occupying the property.

Rules: This is a quiet and pieceful community. The keys is a perfect atmosphere to relax and have a good time. We require that all renters and guest respect the community and behave in an orderly fashion. Renters and guests need to obey all local rules and regulations as set by local authorities as a requirement of rental. Any violations to these local rules could be a condition of termination of rental and all deposits could be lost is deemed necessary.
